By using air.bassport.tech ("A.I.R.") you agree to these terms.
The service
A.I.R. streams independently produced, AI-assisted music across multiple channels, and lets creators submit original songs for review and possible broadcast, free of charge.
Creator submissions
- You must own or control the rights needed to submit and broadcast any song you upload.
- You are responsible for accurately labeling explicit or mature content.
- We review submissions before they are published and may reject, request changes to, or remove a song at our discretion, including in response to a listener report or a rights concern.
Listener downloads
Published songs may be made available for download. Requesting a download requires providing your name, email, and mailing address, which we keep on record as described in our Privacy Policy. Downloaded songs remain the property of their creators; downloading a copy does not grant you any rights beyond personal listening unless the creator states otherwise.
Reports and moderation
Anyone can flag a song for review. A report does not automatically remove a song — our team reviews flagged content and takes action when warranted.
Acceptable use
Don't use A.I.R. to upload content you don't have the rights to, to harass or impersonate others, or to abuse the service through automated scraping, bulk account creation, or bulk download requests.
Disclaimer
A.I.R. is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of streams, uploads, or downloads.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of A.I.R. after a change means you accept the updated terms.
